Store Policies
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is a complimentary service provided by Childsplayspot. We will make every effort to wrap or “gift bag” your purchase to a maximum of three items. When the store is too busy to attend to your gift wrapping request immediately, we will hold your item until time is available. We require a cell phone name and number when you leave prepaid items for us to wrap. Additionally, certain items are too large to gift wrap. When the item is too large, we will make every attempt to make your gift as attractive as possible.
Holds
At times we are asked to hold items for a customer. We are happy to hold an unpaid item for 24 hours. Unless other arrangements are made, unpaid items left more than 24 hours will be returned to the floor for sale.
Product Assembly
Certain larger items, (e.g. Play Kitchens, Dollhouses, Train Tables, Table and Chair Sets, Rocking Horses, etc.) require assembly. Childsplayspot charges $25 for this service. Please allow up to one week for this service. Also be advised that assembled products require significantly more space when placed in vehicles. It is important that, when picking up assembled products, your vehicle is large enough to accommodate larger items. Inspect your item before it is loaded into your vehicle and transported to your home. Childsplayspot is not responsible for damage to your assembled items once it leaves our store.
Return Policy
We sell only the highest quality products at Childsplayspot. But, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your product you may return it to us, unopened and saleable, within 30 days with a receipt for a refund. A return purchased with a gift card receives store credit only. No returns are accepted without a valid receipt. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded nor can we refund your purchase for non-defective products if the product has been removed from its original packaging.
Shipping
Childsplayspot will ship items purchased in our store via UPS. The cost of this shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be included on the sales receipt. Childsplayspot does not charge any additional fees for this service. In instances where the item(s) purchased are too large to be packaged and shipped from our store, Childsplayspot will coordinate the shipment directly with the appropriate vendor. Charges associated with the vendor’s “drop ship” program are the responsibility of the customer. Assuming that the item is in stock, please allow seven to ten business days for it to reach its intended destination.
Special Requests
Whenever possible, Childsplayspot will accept your request to order a specific item. However, because all vendors require a minimum purchase, we cannot always order an item when requested. When that is the case, we will accept your special request and include your item when we next order product from the vendor.

Personal Information
We do not share personal information about our customers with any other company, affiliate or individual. Childsplayspot holds the information we collect concerning our customers in strictest confidence. However, we release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Childsplayspot, our users, or others. This includes, but is not limited to, exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this notice.
User Submissions
Visitors may submit suggestions, ideas, questions, and other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Childsplayspot reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
Use of Material
Childsplayspot grants you the non-exclusive right to access and make personal use of this site, revocable by Childsplayspot at any time, but not the right to download (other than page caching) or modify the site, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Childsplayspot. This revocable and non-exclusive right does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information or the contents of this site for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose or any other purpose without the express written consent of Childsplayspot.
You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Childsplayspot and our affiliates without the express written consent of Childsplayspot. You may not use any Meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Childsplayspot's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Childsplayspot. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by Childsplayspot to use this site.
You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Childsplayspot so long as the link does not portray Childsplayspot, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. You may not use any Childsplayspot logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without the express written permission of Childsplayspot.

The Childsplayspot Web site contains links to third-party Web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Childsplayspot of the contents on such third-party Web sites. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Childsplayspot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant liability and fitness for a particular purpose. Childsplayspot does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from Childsplayspot are free of viruses or other harmful components. Childsplayspot will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
