Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?
Yes, simply call us toll free 1-877-752-9100 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm eastern time to discuss your order with someone in Customer Service. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can modify or cancel it.

What is your return policy?
We sell only the highest quality products at Childsplayspot. But, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your product you may return it to us, unopened, within 30 days for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded nor can we refund your purchase for non-defective products if the product has been removed from its original packaging.
To return a product please package it securely, and mail it to us at the address below. To ensure receipt by Childsplayspot we recommend that you send the product back to us via UPS or another carrier that offers a package tracking service. Also, please make sure you provide us with your packing slip so that we may credit your credit card accurately.

Yes! Our Gift Wrap service makes gift-giving easier than ever. Each wrapped gift includes a Gift Tag indicating To/From and a Greeting of your choice. We charge $3.99 per wrapped gift. To specify a greeting, enter it into the Special Instructions field when you checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items ship from zip code 07848 within 48 hours of the placement of your order. All items ship within the continental U.S. via UPS Ground Service. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge from UPS. You may select an expedited shipping option, at an additional cost, on our website when you check out.

Will you send an order confirmation?
We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price. If you have questions about your order confirmation, or if you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, you may contact customer service toll free at 1-877-752-9100 to discuss your order.

Why was my order cancelled?
On very rare occasions an item may be backordered. ChildsPlaySpot makes every attempt to ship backordered item(s) within 30 days. If we can't fulfill your order within the 30-day period, we'll cancel your order and notify you by e-mail.
On rare occasions, we cancel customer orders for the following reasons:
- For your protection, we require that the billing address you use at ChildsPlaySpot match the billing address on your credit card. If your credit card issuer can't verify your billing address, we cancel your order.
- You contact ChildsPlaySpot and requested that your order be cancelled.
- The product you ordered is out of stock.

I received a damaged or incorrect item in my order.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Simply return the item to ChildsPlaySpot and we'll ship you a new item or refund your money (including shipping charges).

An item is missing from my order.
We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number. If the full estimated total delivery time has passed and you haven't received the missing item(s), please e-mail us. We will re-ship the missing item. In rare cases, we'll issue a refund on your credit card if the item is no longer available.
