Encourage reading for the fun of it at an early age. Share a bedtime story from our collection of books from Barefoot Books, Bunnies by the Bay, Harper Collins, and Jelly Cats. We have cloth and board books for the little ones, beautifully illustrated pre-school books, early reader selections and even some that adults might enjoy. For the tween girl, the American Girl books are both educational and entertaining with relevant and age-appropriate content. Many of our Barefoot Books are bundled with either music or story CDs. If the children would rather be the musician than the listener, Plan Toys, Little 3 Toys and Melissa and Doug offer a wide assortment of musical instruments to choose from. Solid wood drums, xylophones, a band-in-a-box, harmonicas, kazoos, pianos, and take-along keyboards can provide hours of entertainment to young musicians. |
